Overview

Dylan advises businesses and business leaders on all stages of the business life cycle. He specifically focuses his practice on representing companies in mergers and acquisitions and other complex commercial transactions. He also advises founders on entity formation, issuers and investors in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, entrepreneurs on joint venture and partnership arrangements, and business leaders on corporate governance and other corporate law matters.

Dylan particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurial business owners and is committed to adding value and obtaining the best results for his clients. He is especially rewarded when acting as a trusted legal advisor to individuals from the start-up phase through transition and succession and prides himself on assisting such clients in achieving their financial and life goals.

Dylan previously served as a corporate attorney and member of the mergers and acquisitions and capital market practice groups of Hunton & Williams LLP, in Atlanta, GA, and Vinson & Elkins LLP, in Washington, DC. He graduated from Emory University School of Law, with honors, and earned a Transactional Law and Skills Certificate. Prior to law school, Dylan attended Florida State University, graduating magna cum laude with degrees in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management and Finance.

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Dylan enjoys being on the water and all things involving animals and nature.
