Overview
Ellen Rose is an AV rated member of the firm’s Real Property practice group. Ellen has had a broad range of real estate experience, focusing on the representation of commercial real estate developers in their acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of real estate assets. Ellen also represents condominium developers and purchasers and sellers of residential properties.
Experience
- Represents developers acquiring commercial property to be developed into neighborhood shopping centers, small multi-user projects and single tenant projects
- Represents developers leasing to local and national tenants
- Represents property owners obtaining acquisition, construction, and permanent financing from third party institutional lenders
- Represents condominium developers in creating the condominium documents and selling units to purchasers
