Overview
Gabriella Ledbetter is an attorney in Gunster’s Corporate practice group, with a focus on providing corporate legal counsel to business organizations across a wide range of industries on a variety of transactional matters. Gabriella routinely advises clients on corporate entity structuring and restructuring, employment, confidentiality, and non-competition agreements, and business agreements with customers, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and partners. Further, Gabriella represents clients in merger and acquisition deal transactions. She also assists e-commerce companies with their terms and conditions and privacy policies for their websites and software applications. Gabriella has assisted clients with transactional intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
With an undergraduate degree in accounting and a tax background, Gabriella strives to understand her clients’ legal needs from an accounting and tax perspective. Gabriella makes an effort to build close working relationships with her clients by providing practical advice on business legal and due diligence matters. By prioritizing client communication and service, Gabriella aims to serve as a trusted legal advisor to many business owners.
Gabriella received her J.D. and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida State University.
