Iden Sinai

Overview

Iden has experience representing real estate developers and lenders throughout the country in loan transactions secured by real estate, as well as in representing developers and real estate investors on acquisitions and sales. Iden also works with multifamily housing and other developers on a number of day-to-day operational issues, including drafting leases, applying for LIHTC and other regulatory approvals, and assisting with compliance issues.

In addition, Iden has legal experience representing corporations regarding general governance issues and corporate matters. He has significant third-party legal opinion experience for asset-based and real estate lending in the State of Florida, as well as acts as special legal counsel on questions of maritime law and the corporate laws of various flag states in connection with maritime finance transactions.

At Columbia Law School, Iden served as the legislative development editor of the Columbia Journal of European Law. Iden is also licensed to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey.
