Overview
John Lindgren, AICP is a land use planner that joined the firm in 2022.
John has worked for 25 years throughout Florida for corporate and private firms, as well as various municipalities, including the City of Palm Beach Gardens, the Town of Palm Beach and the City of Boca Raton. John’s work background includes drafting comprehensive plans and zoning codes, and project management for land use development projects, including securing approvals from municipalities, counties and various regulatory agencies throughout the state. John works with the firm’s attorneys to maneuver through the complex processes to secure land use and development approvals from government entities and agencies, including the initial due diligence investigative work, and processing the development applications necessary for site plan, variance, special exception, rezoning, planned development and other approvals.
John attained the designation of certified planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) in 2001, which is the planning profession’s highest level of accomplishment. The AICP designation indicates that that professional planner has the education, experience, knowledge and commitment to ethics necessary to be at the elite level of the planning profession.
