Joshua T. Jacobson

Overview

Josh Jacobson is a shareholder in Gunster’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Banking & Financial Services practice groups. His practice focuses on banking and asset based finance, and he regularly advises clients on all aspects of structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing loan and other credit transactions.

Josh has represented banks, other institutional lenders, borrowers, issuers and participants in connection with a wide variety of domestic and cross border financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, private placements and letters of credit. Josh’s practice also includes advising companies on general corporate governance and transactional matters.
