Additionally, she has experience representing clients in a variety of corporate matters, such as entity formation, general commercial contracts and tax matters. Kaitlyn has advised property owners, developers and governmental authorities in protecting use rights, future dispositions and finance options for commercial, retail, agricultural and industrial properties. She is dedicated to understanding her clients’ objectives and striving to achieve those goals through a sophisticated, but common-sense approach.
Kaitlyn graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 2016. While in law school, she was a member of the Florida State University Moot Court team and actively participated as a member of the Florida State University Law Review, an editor of FSU College of Law’s Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, and an ambassador for FSU College of Law. Additionally, Kaitlyn served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Research.
Prior to joining Gunster, Kaitlyn worked as an attorney for the United States Department of Agriculture where she advised the Rural Utilities Service and Rural Business Cooperative Service on agency priorities, drafting notices and regulations and negotiating multi-million-dollar loans.
