Overview
Kathleen Cawley is a senior litigation project manager with decades of experience in managing trial teams for large complex commercial litigations, developing the infrastructure to track and manage MDLs with thousands of cases, coordinating strategic eDiscovery plans, and drafting ESI management plans along with remote-deposition protocols. Over the years, Kathleen has managed teams with over 30 paralegals, discovery specialists and review attorneys. She also implemented an electronic system to convert a large cosmetic company’s internal legal department’s file system from hard copy to electronic, including the handling of all litigation.
Prior to joining Gunster, Kathleen spent more than two decades at a global law firm located in Chicago, Illinois, handling MDLs and class actions, employment actions, and antitrust litigations where she managed large case teams and collaborated with professionals on various matters in trials, hearings and depositions throughout the United States.
