Overview
Kelsey is an experienced litigator who specializes in counseling clients on discovery issues. Her work includes developing plans for collection, managing large-scale reviews and productions, and advising on complex privilege issues. She enjoys building relationships with clients and working with them to develop creative and cost-effective solutions to discovery challenges, both in individual cases and across the client’s business.
Before joining Gunster, Kelsey was a litigation partner at a global law firm, where she represented clients in a variety of matters including products liability, consumer class actions, and commercial and insurance disputes.
