Matthew Snyder

Overview

Matthew Snyder is an attorney in Gunster’s Corporate group. He focuses his practice on corporate governance and other general corporate matters such as reviewing agreements, drafting contracts, and assisting with negotiations. Matthew enjoys helping clients navigate complex business decisions. In his professional relationships, Matthew strives to develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders in a consultative and trusting environment.

Prior to joining Gunster, Matthew earned valuable experience in his tenure as a Vice President at a large financial services and technology company. Working closely with company executives, legal teams, and operational managers, Matthew understands the difficult decisions encountered by successful businesses. Matthew utilizes that understanding to listen to his clients’ concerns, engage necessary individuals, and acquire the information needed to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Matthew graduated summa cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Matthew also earned his M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Stetson University.
