Overview
Michelle McLeod is a certified, Florida registered paralegal. Michelle assists her colleagues and firm clients with complex environmental and administrative regulatory and permitting matters, litigation, environmental due diligence, and support in connection with acquisitions and dispositions. She works as a paralegal for clients in technology, communications and organization. In addition, Michelle has experience interacting directly for clients with various environmental agencies, including the water management districts, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, United States Army Corps of Engineers, and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
Michelle's litigation assistance includes proceedings before the Division of Administrative Hearings and Federal Court. Michelle takes great pride in her commitment to building strong working relationships with clients. She strives to anticipate their needs, respond to requests quickly, and manage their matters efficiently and effectively. Michelle has been a part of the Environmental Law practice group since 2005.
Michelle is a regular attendee and participant in various environmental conferences and seminars, assisting the practice group, colleagues and clients during these meetings.
