Overview

Pedro Laboy is an eDiscovery technology manager with over 15 years of experience in utilizing technology to assist in the various areas of litigation support. He collaborates with case teams to identify key case requirements in order to provide technology driven solutions. By utilizing his project management knowledge and industry certifications, he creates programmatic workflows to meet specific eDiscovery requirements while remaining compliant with industry best practices and standards.

Pedro achieved the level of Relativity Master in 2021 by obtaining the following Relativity certifications: Project Management, Review Management, Analytics, Processing and Certified Administrator. In 2017, he received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.  Pedro has also been a member of ACEDS since 2015. His eDiscovery application experience includes Relativity, Ringtail, Catalyst, Brainspace, iPro, LAW, Nuix, Summation and Concordance.

Prior to joining Gunster, Pedro worked as a senior project manager in litigation support assisting in multiple eDiscovery areas including: collaborating with clients; coordinating custodial data collections; reviewing case protocols; implementing review workflows; running productions; and much more.
