Overview
Robert ‘Bobby’ Behar is an associate in the firm’s Environmental & Land Use practice group. He focuses his practice on local government law, in particular land use and zoning.
Bobby represents developers before local government boards and regulatory agencies. He has a wide range of experience working with the governments of Miami-Dade County and nearly all of the municipalities within Miami-Dade County, including the cities of Miami, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Doral, and Sweetwater.
Bobby is involved in obtaining the necessary development approvals for residential condominium and rental projects, restaurant and hotel projects, and single-family residential developments.
Bobby has his Juris Doctor, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees all from Florida International University.
Born and raised in Miami, Bobby is involved in local community and professional organizations, and speaks Spanish.
