Roger Feicht Headshot

Overview

Roger Feicht is a board-certified litigator who counsels clients in diverse industries regarding employment law issues and pending or potential litigation. He regularly represents employers and employees in matters relating to allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and disputes over non-competition or non-solicitation agreements. In addition to employment litigation, Roger helps clients facing threatened or pending litigation in a variety of complex commercial cases, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, and shareholder disputes.

With over a decade of courtroom and trial experience in both state and federal courts throughout Florida, Roger has handled every phase of litigation. He leverages this knowledge to help his clients manage their risk and resolve their legal issues on favorable terms. As a practitioner, Roger immerses himself in the perspectives and arguments of his opposition. By anticipating his opponents’ goals, expectations, and strategies, Roger makes himself a much more effective – and cost-effective – advocate.

In addition to his litigation practice, Roger also counsels businesses and executives on employment law issues and business disputes with customers, vendors, and competitors.

A variety of media platforms, including CNN, Forbes, and Yahoo! Finance have featured Roger as a commentator on legal issues. Additionally, he frequently serves as a guest speaker at colleges and universities, including Vanderbilt University Law School, the University of Miami School of Business, Florida Atlantic University’s Honor College, and Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Roger has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded to lawyers by their peers for legal ability and professional ethical standards. Roger has also been recognized numerous times as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers (2016-20). More recently, he was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Commercial Litigation.

Roger joined the firm in 2010 after serving as a judicial intern for The Honorable James Moody, Jr. of the Middle District of Florida. He is deeply involved in the local community and currently serves on the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Judicial Relations and Professionalism Committees and on the Board of Directors for Suits for Seniors, a local non-profit organization.
