Overview

Sam Harney is a Litigation Project Manager in the firm’s Business Litigation practice. She leverages technology to enable efficient discovery research and tracking across the entire lifecycle of a case. She has experience working in various platforms, including but not limited to, Relativity, Opus 2, and Nuix Discover. Sam strives to support case teams, and ultimately her clients, by implementing pragmatic, solution-oriented strategies to tackle complex discovery issues.

Prior to joining the Gunster team, Sam worked at a Chicago, IL personal injury firm as a paralegal, conducting client acquisition, case assessment, and case management for a variety of cases spanning single injury, class action, and multidistrict litigation.
