Overview
Sean is an energetic litigator with experience in commercial litigation and eDiscovery. Sean’s work in the eDiscovery Team sees him working directly with clients and their outside counsel to develop innovative strategies and practices for collecting and reviewing documents, both for the purposes of production and supporting trial counsel’s arguments. When approaching his projects Sean aims to connect with his clients and their outside counsel to foster cooperative working relationships and a solutions-oriented team culture.
Prior to joining Gunster, Sean worked as consultant counsel to McDonald’s Legal Department’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. In his position as consultant counsel, Sean worked on a variety of commercial litigation and discovery matters.
