Overview
Stephanie Quinones is a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate and Technology & Entrepreneurial Companies practices.
She regularly counsels entrepreneurs and in-house counsel on business contracting, technology and intellectual property (IP) licensing or procurement, and Internet/social media, privacy, e-commerce and e-marketing issues.
Stephanie’s goal is to advise on legal issues confronting clients on a daily basis. She strives to define clients’ business problems and identify practical solutions.
Stephanie’s representative clients include start-ups and emerging growth companies, technology companies (SaaS providers and IP licensors and licensees and their customers), middle market companies, professional and technical service providers, and product manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
Stephanie graduated summa cum laude (#2 overall) from Florida State University College of Law. In addition to her Juris Doctor degree, Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Stephanie played four years of collegiate soccer at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). She earned NCAA All-American honors in 2006 and 2007, establishing herself as the only two-time NCAA All-American in the team's history. Stephanie was inducted into the NSU Athletics Hall of Fame in 2014.
Stephanie is conversant in Spanish.
