Overview
Sue-An Caruso joined the firm in 2014. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal and a Certified Paralegal in Business Litigation. Over the past four decades, Sue-An has assisted litigation attorneys in the courtroom for both jury and non-jury trials, as well as in the mediation and arbitration arenas. She has gained in-depth experience in State, Federal and Appellate Courts in matters involving complex commercial litigation, professional malpractice litigation, mass tort litigation, class actions, intellectual property litigation, and general civil litigation.
