Ty Bongard is a shareholder who has been board certified in real estate law by the Florida Bar since 2009.
Ty works with real estate developers, owners and high net worth individuals in the purchase, sale, development, construction and financing of real property throughout Florida. His representative matters include:
• Sale of $250+ million retail portfolio to national REIT
• Purchase of $100+ million vacant land for development
• Construction Loan of $60+ million for nationally branded hotel property
• Condominium and POA documents for master-planned and mixed-use projects
• Residential transactions to over $100 million
Ty is known as a responsive and creative lawyer who crafts legal solutions to meet his client’s business objectives. Ty resides in the firm’s West Palm Beach office and assists clients with real estate matters throughout Florida.
