Gunster has added three new associates, Nicklaus Curley, Roger Feicht, and Steven D. Muscatello to its West Palm Beach office. Gustav Schmidt, also an associate, has joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.

Curley will concentrate his areas of practice in Probate Litigation and Private Wealth Services. He is a graduate,cum laude, of Stetson University College of Law. He was a member of the Stetson Law Review and Phi Delta Phi. He received his B.A. in History from Florida Atlantic University.

Feicht will concentrate his area of practice in Business Litigation. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School where he was a mentor with the Vanderbilt Law School Ambassadors. He received his B.A., cum laude, in History from the University of Miami and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Muscatello will concentrate his area of practice in Business Litigation. He is a graduate, cum laude, of the Florida State University College of Law. He was a member of the Florida State Law Review and the Moot Court Team, where he received several awards in the Seton Hall University Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition. He was President of the Christian Legal Society and recipient of the Mason Ladd Academic Merit Scholarship. Muscatello received his B.A.,cum laude, in English from Assumption College.

Schmidt will concentrate his area of practice in the firm’s Corporate practice group in the Fort Lauderdale office. He received his juris doctor,magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he was Secretary for the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Team and Treasurer of the American Constitution Society. From 2003-2007, Schmidt served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy as an assistant engineer and weapons officer in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He completed the Nuclear Power School and Prototype program for the Naval Nuclear Engineering program in Charleston, South Carolina. During his naval service, he received the highest junior officer ranking on ship’s performance evaluation and was nominated as the Submarine’s Seven nuclear officer of the year. He has been awarded fourteen medals and ribbons for individual achievement and unit accomplishments.
