WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Oct. 2, 2018) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that three new associates have joined the West Palm Beach office.

“We are pleased to welcome back these three highly gifted members of our 2017 Summer Associate class who now join us as Gunster associates,” stated managing shareholder Bill Perry. “Each of these individuals are products of our selective summer associate program and we look forward to their careers with the firm.”

Gunster attorney Ben FechterBen Fechter earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. While in law school, Fechter served as a tutor for contracts and as a teaching assistant for legal writing, trial practice, and appellate advocacy. He interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, the Legal Aid Society in Manhattan, and the civil rights defense group LatinoJustice. Before his legal career, Fechter taught middle-school students in the Bronx for three years. He joins the business litigation practice in West Palm Beach.

Gunster attorney Nalani GordonNalani Gordon earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and both her M.A. and B.S. from the University of Central Florida. While in law school, she served as a clinical fellow in the University of Miami’s Investor Rights Clinic, a securities arbitration clinic that provides representation to small claim investors. She also  focused on various litigation matters as an intern at the Miami-Dade County School Board Attorney’s Office. Gordon also joins the business litigation practice in West Palm Beach.

Gunster attorney Christopher SeifterChristopher Seifter earned his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law and his B.S. from Florida State University as well. While in law school, Seifter was the inaugural Jeffrey A. Stoops Business Law Scholar, a member of the Florida State University Law Review, and a teaching assistant in legal writing and research courses. Additionally, he worked as an intern in the office of the general counsel of an S&P 500 company. Seifter joins the corporate law practice in West Palm Beach.

 

Andrew Piper, who was also a part of the 2017 Summer Associate class, joined the firm in May of this year.
