Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that attorney Bob Lamm has been appointed to Women Executive Leadership (WEL) Florida’s Board of Directors.
Founded in 1999, WEL Florida provides an empowering and friendly network of collaborative women executives committed to supporting and filling well-earned positions of power in the C-Suite and on Boards for themselves and their peers—by advocating, educating and connecting accomplished women leaders—today and in the future.

As chair of Gunster’s Securities Law & Corporate Governance practice, Lamm advises clients in industries such as healthcare, banking, transportation, and insurance, among others. His previous experience includes senior legal positions at Pfizer, W. R. Grace, CA Technologies, and Financial Guaranty Insurance Company.
Lamm serves as a member of Gunster’s Women’s Leadership Forum committee, a firm initiative comprised of men and women who work at Gunster and share the goal of advancing qualified women lawyers into leadership roles within the legal community and the community at large.
Commenting on his new Board role, Lamm said “Anyone who’s worked as long as I have with boards and executives knows first-hand that women make great directors. Lamm earned his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania and a B.A from Brandeis University.
