Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service law firms, announced that Seth J. Mersky has joined the firm’s Private Wealth Services practice as a shareholder in its Miami office.
Mersky, who has over a decade of experience in international tax and international estate planning, is a highly skilled lawyer who advises ultra-high-net worth individuals, family offices, global trust companies, and multinational businesses. As Gunster’s principal contact for international tax and private clients in the Miami office, his practice includes cross-border tax planning and international trust and estate planning for high-net-worth families moving to the U.S., investing in the U.S., or establishing trusts with U.S. beneficiaries. His clients include some of the world’s wealthiest individuals and families, including business owners, executives, professional artists and athletes, and world leaders.
