Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest business law firms, continues to expand its Jacksonville office with the addition of three attorneys from the law firm Ivan, Cole, Bonnette & Kane. Joining the Jacksonville office and the firm’s well-established Private Wealth Services practice are John P. Cole, Kevin A. Kane, and Jason P. Van Lenten.

“These three attorneys add a tremendous depth of experience to our Jacksonville office and continue to increase our footprint throughout Florida,” said Bill Perry, Gunster’s managing shareholder. “With the recent addition of the attorneys from the Pappas Metcalf Jenks & Miller firm and now Cole, Kane, and Van Lenten, Gunster’s growth is strategic and further expands the scope of services for our clients in Northeast Florida.”

John P. Cole is returning to the firm as a shareholder and private wealth services attorney, specializing in probate, trust and fiduciary litigation, complex probate administration, and fiduciary risk management and counseling. He is an AV preeminent rated attorney and a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer. Kane is a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. Tax Court, and was selected for inclusion in 2010 Florida Rising Stars.
