Board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism, and ethics in practice.
Comiter focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning, including drafting wills and revocable trusts, advising on fiduciary matters, assisting with probate and estate administration, and preparing and filing federal estate and gift tax returns. She joined the firm in 2011 and earned her B.S., master of accounting, and J.D. from the University of Florida, and additionally holds an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.
Established in 1982 by the Florida Supreme Court, board certification helps consumers identify specialists in various areas of law. It is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys.
