Gunster attorney Michael Farr

Michael J. Farr joined the firm’s Corporate Law practice in the Tampa office. Michael represents clients in a wide variety of industries and at all stages of growth, from private start-up ventures to large companies. He specifically focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and other complex commercial transactions.

Michael earned his J.D. and LL.M. from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. from Florida State University.


Gunster attorney Cristina Neuman-Moreno

Cristina E. Neuman-Moreno joined Gunster’s Immigration Law practice, based in Miami. Having practiced immigration and nationality law since 2014, Cristina brings extensive experience in employment-based immigration representing businesses, investors and professional individuals with their immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications.

Cristina received her J.D. from FIU College of Law and her B.B.A. from Florida International University.


Gunster attorney Anta Plowden

Anta P. Plowden joined the firm’s Business Litigation practice in West Palm Beach. Anta concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes in both federal and state court. He assists clients in a diverse array of matters ranging from contract claims to insurance disputes, real estate litigation and bankruptcy litigation.

Anta received his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy. Prior to law school, he was a decorated combat pilot in the United States Air Force with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.


Gunster attorney Ross Roberts

Ross Roberts also joined Gunster’s Business Litigation practice and is based in Miami. As a former prosecutor, Ross tried approximately 25 jury trials and 7 bench trials. He also defended hundreds of depositions and conducted many evidentiary hearings. 

Ross earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from Florida State University.


Gunster of counsel Christopher Seifter

Christopher R. Seifter rejoined Gunster’s Corporate Law practice in West Palm Beach. A business and corporate attorney, Chris focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance, and other complex business transactions.

Chris received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and his. B.S. from Florida State University.


Gunster welcomed nearly 50 attorneys in 2022 while completing two mergers and further broadening its capabilities to 13 offices across the state. As it continues to recruit exceptional talent across its multifaceted business law platform, Gunster’s expansion shows no signs of slowing.
