Little, III has authored the Florida chapter in the American Bar Association’s new publication, “The Law of Eminent Domain.”  This premiere edition is a comprehensive resource for eminent domain practitioners and is a compilation of the eminent domain and condemnation laws and procedures in all fifty states. The ABA is among the leading legal publishing houses in the country and globally respected for its books written by distinguished authors and editors.

Mr. Little was among a national network of leading eminent domain attorneys and law school professors who where selected to author a chapter. He also co-authored a chapter in the newly released 8th edition of the Florida Eminent Domain Practice and Procedure book published by The Florida Bar.

The author focuses his practice on the representation of owners and businesses in defense of their private property rights in eminent domain and inverse condemnation actions, regulatory takings, constitutional and Bert J. Harris claims, and related land use and zoning matters. He has almost thirty years of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts throughout Florida.

Mr. Little earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law with high honors and his B.A. from Wake Forest University. He is on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section and is co-chair of the Amicus committee. He is also a member of the Appellate Court Rules and Eminent Domain committees of the Florida Bar.
