Milton A. Vescovacci

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Oct. 13, 2020) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, has added Milton A. Vescovacci as a shareholder in the firm’s corporate law practice. Working from the firm’s Miami office, he brings 20 years of legal experience that further strengthens the firm’s South Florida connections.

Vescovacci brings a holistic approach to his practice and to negotiate and close deals that stems from his days as a banker for multinational money center banks on complex domestic and international transactions. He has counseled companies on the legal operations of their businesses, specifically in sales or acquisitions, other material events and day-to-day operations. He has negotiated and closed numerous secured and unsecured corporate finance and securities transactions, structured financings, venture capital investments, and mergers and company acquisitions. His experience spans numerous industries, including finance, healthcare, real estate and technology, as well as family offices. He has often served as outside general counsel to various companies, both small and medium-sized.  His clients include financial institutions, family offices, healthcare providers, domestic and international manufacturers/ wholesalers, private equity firms, online retailers and gaming companies, med-tech companies, founders/ controlling shareholders, and individuals.

At Gunster, Vescovacci will grow his corporate law practice counseling clients in the Miami-area, nationwide and abroad. He will continue to represent clients in a wide range of transactional matters related to general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, lending, mortgage banking, securities, venture capital and corporate governance and compliance.

Vescovacci earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and holds a B.S. from Saint John’s University. He is admitted to practice law in the States of Florida, New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
