WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (November 18, 2019) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Riley Kennedy in the labor and employment law practice in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.
Prior to joining the firm, Kennedy primarily represented health care providers and practices in medical malpractice cases. He is also experienced in benefits-related litigation and has significant state and federal court experience.
Kennedy earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Central Florida. During his time in Gainesville, he was a member of the Florida Moot Court team and served as a Legal Writing/Appellate Advocacy teaching assistant. He also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gary R. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
With the addition of Kennedy, Gunster strengthens its already robust labor and employment law practice led by Gunster shareholder Joseph G. Santoro.
