WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (January 22, 2020) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that Stephen C. Richman has joined the Board of Governors for the Historical Society of Palm Beach County.

Stephen’s ties to the museum can be found through his wife, Maggie Flagg Richman, a 6th generation Floridian, who grew up in Palm Beach County. In addition, the Richard and Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum is named after Mrs. Richman’s grandparents. As a history enthusiast, Stephen is excited to join the Board and add his efforts to support the society.

The Historical Society of Palm Beach County is a non-profit organization whose mission is to collect, preserve and share the history of Palm Beach County. The society maintains a large library on the history of Palm Beach County, Florida and the Caribbean. The society also provides various educational programs and initiatives for local schools and communities, where its primary goal is to build an understanding and appreciation of local history in children.

Stephen C. Richman serves as Of Counsel at Gunster’s West Palm Beach office. Stephen is a professional liability and legal malpractice defense attorney whose practice focuses on defending negligence and breach of fiduciary duty claims against professionals.
