Overview
Adam Nodzenski is a leader within Gunster’s eDiscovery group who focuses on practical solutions for clients involved in the biggest of cases—multi-plaintiff, multi-jurisdictional, and/or multi-claim litigation—which are often protracted and involve multiple law firms. Leveraging rigorous preparation and an affable approach, he aims to develop consensus with in-house counsel, co-counsel, and opposing counsel alike. Adam strives to know the client’s history and data systems as well or better than clients themselves. Adam provides advice regarding data identification, preservation, collection, review and production, in an effort to ensure that each process is tailor-made for the specific client. He also assists companies recovering from data loss or those defending against spoliation allegations.
Adam received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.A. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining Gunster, he worked at both a boutique eDiscovery firm as well as one of the largest firms in the country. When he isn’t working, Adam enjoys cycling, skiing, and all things family related, great and small.
