Ana Johnson is an of counsel attorney who joined the firm in 2010. Ana concentrates her practice on general litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation. In addition to her trial and courtroom experience, Ana has extensive knowledge of and experience with major e-discovery matters, including managing large scale, electronic review projects. Ana has also earned the CEDS (certified e-discovery specialist) designation from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, and is involved with the organization's local chapter, ACEDS Jacksonville.
Ana regularly works with clients to respond to the challenges of e-discovery and preservation under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This includes the development of initial strategies for preserving, collecting and processing electronically stored information, as well as advising on best practices to meet a client’s specific needs.
Ana brings experience in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Ana has represented a variety of corporate clients and has appeared before a number of state and federal courts.
