Brad McPherson is a shareholder who represents an array of clients in navigating the full range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as advises on the day-to-day issues and challenges associated with owning and monetizing real property assets. His experience includes buying, selling, leasing and refinancing multimillion dollar properties, as well as serving as title agent.

Notably, Brad represents institutional lenders and hard money lenders in connection with loan transactions secured by all types of real property, as well as regularly performs title reviews and due diligence. In addition, Brad has litigated a variety of contract and construction disputes involving commercial and residential properties, which support him in better understanding the contractual issues that should be addressed in transactions ranging from $1 to $100+ million in value. In addition, Brad serves as president of Premier Title Company, a real estate title agency and an affiliate of Gunster.

Dedicated to developing relationships with those he serves and to understanding and achieving their often multifaceted real estate goals and objectives, Brad is at his best when negotiating and structuring real estate deals with many moving parts. Not only does Brad focus his practice in Florida and, in particular, around the Palm Beach and West Palm Beach markets, Brad also regularly handles negotiations, leases and purchase and sale transactions involving real estate assets across the state.
