Overview
Christina Torres is a staff attorney in Gunster’s Private Wealth Services practice group, where she focuses on probate, trust and guardianship litigation. Christina is based in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.
Before joining Gunster, Christina practiced at a boutique law firm, where she assisted clients with contract disputes and other litigation claims in state and federal court. She also worked at an international law firm in its White Collar Defense & Government Investigations practice group, representing corporations and individuals in internal and external investigations, white-collar criminal defense matters, and complex commercial litigation.
Christina graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2018. After her first year of law school, Christina served as law clerk to the Honorable Dave Lee Brannon, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Florida. During law school, she served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas and staff editor for the Texas Review of Law & Politics.
Christina is a West Palm Beach native, having returned after practicing in Washington, D.C. for five years. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, running, and traveling.
