Emily Chase practices in the firm’s business litigation practice group. She has appeared in state and federal court litigating disputes involving breach of contract and various business torts.
Emily is dedicated to understanding the often complex legal and factual issues at hand in every matter for which she is involved, including learning as much as possible about each client’s business and industry, in order to provide an objective analysis of the client’s position and safeguard the client’s interests. Emily is committed to productive communication and to efficiently designing solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Emily graduated cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 2017. While in law school, Emily served on the executive board of the Florida State University Moot Court team as vice president, as well as actively participated as a member of the Florida State University Law Review. Additionally, Emily served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Research and as a research assistant for Professor Jeffrey Kahn.
When not fervently advocating for her clients, Emily enjoys running, playing ice hockey, volunteering with local animal rescues and shelters, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
