Enrique M. López focuses his practice on business litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. He represents a diverse array of clients, a sampling of which includes developers, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, law firms, community associations and municipalities.
Enrique strives to provide clients with practical, business-oriented solutions in accordance with the law and in pursuit of effective and efficient resolutions. Dedicated to serving as a counsellor and advocate and driven by attention to detail and fact, Enrique remains committed to serving as a team player and catalyst for solutions.
Enrique spent nearly a decade practicing law prior to joining Gunster. Notably, in addition to his years in private practice, he clerked for the Honorable Angel A. Cortiñas, the Honorable Vance E. Salter, and the Honorable Thomas W. Logue at the Third District Court of Appeal. Moreover, he has lectured on the topics of contract litigation, construction insurance and mold litigation and remediation.
