Justin Delise is an associate in Gunster’s Jacksonville office where he is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. He employs critical thinking and problem-solving ability in seeking to develop creative solutions that best suit the particular needs of his clients.
Justin graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University College of Law. He served on the board of the Florida State University Law Review as a Notes and Comments Editor and served as a board member of the Law School Council. While earning his Juris Doctor degree, Justin also received book awards for excellent performance in the foundational classes of Civil Procedure, Evidence, and Constitutional Law II. He received his Master of Science in Accounting and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from East Carolina University. Justin uses the analytical skills developed during his prior experience as an accounting student and as an accounting intern for a CPA firm to better understand and resolve client problems.
Prior to joining Gunster, Justin externed with Legal Services of North Florida, gaining valuable experience in various litigation matters including tax, landlord-tenant and contract disputes. He also worked as a litigation clerk while in school in Tallahassee.
Justin is an Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in the Boy Scouts of America, and he continues to employ the values and lessons learned from his experience in earning that rank to his professional and personal life. When not practicing law, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling and attending local sporting events.
