Kailyn Tomlinson focuses her practice on complex real estate and business transactions. She strives to work collaboratively and as a team player to advance each client’s objectives by developing innovative solutions, strategies and structures. Kailyn is dedicated to combining pragmatism and creativity to help clients achieve their goals.

Kailyn joined Gunster after graduating 1st in her class of 320 at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Kailyn served as a managing editor of the Florida Law Review, tutored first-year law students in Contracts for Professor Jeffrey Davis, and was a teaching assistant in Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy. During her second year of law school, she completed a short-term study abroad program entitled “Doing Business in China” in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

After Kailyn’s initial year of law school, she gained experience working on corporate law and real estate matters, including serving on the team that closed a transaction valued at over $1 billion. Kailyn joined Gunster as a summer associate after her second year of law school, as well as externed at an information technology company during her third year of law school.
