Keith Sonderling focuses his practice on defending corporations and protecting their business interests in labor and employment, complex commercial disputes, and litigation. Additionally, Keith serves in an advisory role counsel to numerous clients assisting with various local, state, and national business, legal, and policy issues facing their industries. Keith also assists various clients with their international business dealings and capital fundraising throughout Asia.

An AV Rated attorney, Keith has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star,” Florida Trend Legal Elite as an “Up and Comer,” Boca Life Magazine’s “40 under 40,” and South Florida Business & Wealth Management Magazine’s “Up and Comers.”

In 2012 Florida Governor Rick Scott appointed Keith to serve on the Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. In 2016, Keith was reappointed to serve through 2020. Keith serves as the Commission’s Chair.

Keith is actively involved in the community and serves on numerous boards and charities, including the Board of Directors of: MorseLife Health Systems, the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Florida’s Connect Florida, the Spanish River High School Foundation, the Nova Southeastern Law Alumni Board, and the James Madison Institute Fellows Program.

Keith has participated in numerous leadership programs including: Leadership Florida’s Connect Florida, Leadership Boca Raton, Leadership Palm Beach County, the American Enterprise Institute Leadership Network, the Florida Tax Watch Citizenship Institute, the James Madison Institute Leadership Fellows Program, the ADL’s Glass Leadership Institute, and the Emerging Leadership Project for the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.

Keith is licensed to practice in Florida, New York, Texas, and the District of Columbia.
