Kellie Humphries is a board certified, full-service commercial construction attorney who co-leads Gunster’s Construction Law practice. She advises clients participating in a multitude of project delivery methods and across industry sectors including corporate owners, design-builders, EPC contractors, joint ventures and general contractors. Her typical cases range from contract drafting/negotiation to project consulting and pre-suit dispute resolution through trial/final hearing.

Kellie’s services include simplifying complex agreements and training project teams on risk identification and mitigation. She also has extensive experience prosecuting and defending payment/change order claims, delay actions, construction defects, and related issues.

Kellie is dedicated to an advocacy style that is both calculated and “big picture” driven, while striving to advise clients on strategies to best serve their interests, both legal and financial.
