Overview
Lawrence G. Horsburgh focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. As both an advisor and an advocate, he has represented a diverse array of clients, including law firms, financial institutions, insurance companies and partnerships, at all stages of litigation. He has been involved with billion-dollar trials, and helped to resolve disputes before a complaint is even filed.
Lawrence is a certified Information Governance Professional, assisting clients to refine and improve the way they manage and control their information. In this capacity, Lawrence can help organizations reduce the costs of managing their data, ensure their compliance with applicable regulations, and protect themselves in the event of litigation.
Before entering the legal profession, Lawrence received a doctorate in philosophy from Boston University, and spent several years as a philosophy professor in the Boston area.
