Luke Waldron is an associate in Gunster’s Real Property practice. Luke’s practice focuses on helping Gunster’s clients with land use, zoning, and comprehensive planning matters as well as litigating eminent domain, land use, and property rights issues. Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Luke enjoys working with clients to develop and improve local communities.
Luke received his Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Luke was valedictorian of his graduating class from Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach.
While in law school, Luke served as a legal writing and research teaching assistant and an environmental law research assistant. He participated on the Florida State University Law Review and advocated on the Trial Team, where he represented FSU Law in multiple tournaments, winning a national trial competition. Luke was voted by his law school classmates to receive FSU Law’s Raising the Bar Professionalism Award for his professionalism and leadership.
