Overview
Maria Romero focuses her practice on employment-based immigration matters. She has assisted individuals, small businesses and multinational corporations across numerous industries, including healthcare, technology, telecommunications, hospitality, engineering, energy and oil and gas.
Maria has experience preparing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, as well as family-based visa petitions. She strives to work as a team player with clients in order to support them to fulfill their immigration goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Maria worked as a Court Program Specialist for the Honorable Timothy L. Bailey of the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida and previously worked for Gunster as an Immigration Law Clerk during her last year of law school. While in law school, Maria served as a teaching assistant in Legal Research and Writing.
Maria is fluent in Spanish.
