Peyton Brown

Overview

Peyton Brown is an associate in Gunster’s Private Wealth Services practice group. Peyton focuses her practice on probate, trust and guardianship litigation. Peyton is committed to providing clients with an efficient and detailed approach to their matters. She practices in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.

Peyton is a West Palm Beach local, having returned after graduating summa cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2021. After Peyton’s first year of law school, she interned at the Fourth District Court of Appeals in West Palm Beach. While in law school, Peyton served on the executive board of Stetson Law Review as the research editor and was responsible for creating Stetson Law Review’s Write-On Competition. Additionally, Peyton assisted first-year students in contracts as a teaching assistant and served as a research assistant.

When not practicing law, Peyton enjoys boating, spearfishing and cheering on the Florida Gators.
