Overview
Robert Jacobowitz is a shareholder in Gunster’s Private Wealth Services practice. Robert is dedicated to delivering responsive, proactive, sophisticated and personalized estate, tax, charitable and business succession planning for high net worth families and individuals.
Robert advises his clients on a variety of estate planning matters, including the development and implementation of estate plans that maximize and protect the transfer of wealth from generation to generation. He counsels high net worth families in connection with estate, gift and generation skipping transfer techniques, as well as designs estate plans that effectuate the transfer of closely held business interests to younger generations.
Robert also works with clients on change of domicile to Florida. In addition, he represents individual and corporate fiduciaries in connection with probate and related testamentary issues, including IRS estate tax audits.
Robert enjoys getting to know his clients and their extended families. He is committed to explaining complex estate and tax related issues in laymen’s terms and with brevity, and strives to devise creative solutions to wealth preservation planning that result in significant value for his clients.
