Ross Roberts is a trial attorney in Gunster’s Business Litigation Practice Group. As a former prosecutor, Ross tried approximately 25 jury trials and 7 bench trials. He also defended hundreds of depositions and conducted many evidentiary hearings. Prior to joining Gunster, Ross clerked for the Honorable Chris McAliley at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. There, he spent the majority of his time researching caselaw and drafting opinions that resolved motions in various civil cases.

Ross graduated from George Washington University Law School, with honors, in 2016. He was a member of the Moot Court Board and Mock Trial Board, and he was invited to join a law journal and serve as a tutor for multiple courses. He also received the Lawrence E. Seibel Memorial Award in Labor and Employment Law. Ross completed his undergraduate studies in theatre at Florida State University, where he won the 2013 American Mock Trial Association’s National Championship. He also starred in many plays and student films.
