Overview
Tiana Brockway-Horne is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. She represents clients in both the federal and state level on a variety of matters, focusing on contractual disputes, and probate and trust disputes. Tiana works closely with her clients to determine their unique needs, provide high-level understanding of all aspects of each matter, and develop unique strategies to facilitate her clients’ objectives, while navigating the litigation process efficiently and effectively. She is dedicated to providing exceptional and professional representation to her clients and building long lasting relationships.
Tiana received her law degree, with honors, including the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award, from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Tiana worked as a law clerk for two local litigation firms and also interned with the Pinellas County School Board and spent her second summer as a legal intern with the Hillsborough Public Defenders Office, participating in the Department of Justice’s Clemency Initiative. Tiana earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Family and Child Sciences, from Florida State University in 2012 while being a member of the FSU Women’s Soccer team.
Prior to joining Gunster, Tiana worked at a small Tampa-based law firm, where she practiced commercial litigation. She also gained experience working on tax and transactional matters, and probate and trust disputes.
Tiana is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. She is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
