Bill Vincent concentrates his practice in general corporate law, M&As and real estate.
Bill advises clients regarding asset purchases, stock purchases and business mergers. His experience in corporate law includes negotiating and preparing shareholder agreements and buy/sell agreements, forming limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships, and structuring corporate financing arrangements.
Bill’s experience in real estate law includes negotiating complex leases, including ground leases, on behalf of landlords and tenants; advising on the acquisition and leasing of commercial developments; counseling on the acquisition, development and sale of single- and multi-store retail properties; working with all aspects of office, retail and industrial leasing; structuring the financing of developments and other projects; and negotiating and drafting property management agreements.
Bill has represented several Fortune 50 companies throughout Florida in complex office, retail and industrial leases and related matters. He recently acted as the general counsel of a retail real estate developer with a national footprint. Bill’s broad background in many aspects of transactional law has given him distinct skills in assisting businesses with a wide range of operational, financial and structural issues.
A “gator” through and through, Bill graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with honors and served as Executive Research Editor of the Florida Law Review. He also earned an MBA and BA, with highest honors, from the University of Florida.
