Greg Black is dedicated to utilizing his legal education and professional experience to assist clients in the governmental, legislative and political arenas. Greg represents a variety of clients, crossing a broad number of industries, including financial services, insurance, environmental and natural resources, education, biomedical research and development, appropriations and agriculture.

While the Legislative Session lasts only 60 days and Florida Legislators are considered part-time, Greg strives to meet with and discuss policy issues and concerns year-round. Greg also seeks to develop a strategy in advance and to actively engage stakeholders, build coalitions and be ready and willing to negotiate.

Greg has worked as a governmental consultant in Tallahassee for nearly a decade and cultivated personal and professional relationships with elected officials, staff and colleagues. Greg is also licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. His prior experience includes positions within the Florida Bankers Association, advising banks of all sizes on legislative and regulatory issues, and with a legislative and executive governmental advocacy firm. He is committed to addressing problems as quickly as possible, and using his experience and relationships to assist clients with policymakers and regulators.
