Melanie Stocks is a Florida Registered Paralegal, and an Advanced Certified Paralegal in Incorporated Entities, with over 30 years of experience in law. She joined the firm’s Corporate practice in 2012. Melanie assists with organizational, governance, and compliance matters with respect to business entities; as well as restructurings, financing transactions, SEC and blue sky matters, mergers and acquisitions, and sale of businesses. She also handles local and state tax and business licensing matters, including lodging, restaurant, and liquor licensing for clients in the hospitality industry.
